Raj Sundarason

Raj Sundarason is the Vice President, Human Capital Management Solutions, SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ). In his position, Raj is responsible for driving SAP’s regional growth strategy and ensuring the company’s ongoing success in the APJ markets, as well as developing and overseeing the regional sales function throughout each territory. Raj leads the SAP Human Capital Management sales practice, ensuring that its full portfolio of products and services are leveraged in client engagements. He also focuses on accelerating new user acquisition, driving strategic talent management adoption within organizations. Prior to his current role, Raj served most recently as Regional Vice President, Sales & Marketing APJ & MEA at NorthgateArinso and was responsible for building the foundations of the sales infrastructure where he had ownership of the sales, presales, marketing and alliances functions across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Raj also managed client relationships and strategy with a global HRO provider specialising in multi-process, multi-country HR outsourcing for six years, where he successfully brought together customer needs and supplier capabilities to close complex HR outsourcing deals. Raj is an advocate of hybrid delivery paradigms and a strong believer in platform-based BPO offerings, sales methodology and process. Raj holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Melbourne.
