Going Deep with Richard Mills interviews Mark Lwin. Mark is Managing Director of the successful operations of Reed Elsevier with 4,000 employees. Previously, he was with AIG for 16 years overseeing shared services operations in Philippines and Southeast Asia, and the commercial insurance business. Mark began his career in the US military rising to the rank of Captain and was deployed in locations in Asia Pacific, Middle-East and the US.
