She was previously CEO of Pag-IBIG Fund, the huge Philippines’ government agency responsible for giving housing loans to Filipinos with Php480B in assets and 16M members. She was also past Chief Legal Officer of Proctor & Gamble. Lelen was the first female Philosophy instructor at the University of the Philippines where she taught for 10 years..
