Going Deep with Richard Mills interviews Darcy Lalonde. Darcy is considered one of the region's most accomplished entrepreneurs and CEO's. He built from scratch operations in Asia, Middle-East and Africa for global Tech giant NGA Human Resources (later sold to KKR). He then developed Shore Solutions into a force in business process outsourcing and sold it to major Australian operator, Acquire BPO. He next created Tech company, Synchrony Global, into a large Asia regional player and sold it to Rizing. More recently, he developed the fantastically successful, Kahuna Beach Resort, and BPO-enabler, Figari Solutions. Darcy shares his career and life experiences for all others to learn from on Going Deep with Richard Mills.
