ANTHONY COUSE

As CEO of the largest real estate advisory firm in Asia Pacific, Anthony Couse is considered the most senior real estate professional in the region. In this special breakfast event, Anthony Couse, CEO of JLL Asia Pacific, will speak on the global headwinds affecting commercial real estate in Asia Pacific. He will assess the implications and provide an outlook for office markets in the region, and in particular where the Philippine office market sits in the current cycle and what it means for real estate market participants. Global growth is expected to improve and will magnify the already strong growth for Philippines. And with it, demand for real estate and especial commercial real estate will continue to be strong. That said, there are great risks from around the world including alarming US policy changes, disruptive European elections and creeping protectionism. Anthony previously served as Head of Capital Markets for China and Managing Director of the large Shanghai & East China Business. He joined JLL in London in 1989, moved to Hong Kong in 1993 and then to Shanghai in 2006.
